Guests Comment.... "We loved this place! A great alternative to the summer heat of the valley. Home is above 4,000 foot on the very scenic Mt. Ashland Road. It is less then 2 minutes to I-5, and 17 minutes exactly from the front door to the Ashland Festival box office. One night we left the house at 7:50, headed to town with no tickets, bought from other ticket holders selling extras and easily made the 8:30 show. When it was 96 in Ashland it cooled off to the mid 60’s at the house at night. Even though there is A/C no need to use it. House was immaculate, very comfortable, and very dog friendly. Gas grill, hot tub, deck, and great beds. The hosts were wonderful. If coming from NorCal stop in Yreka and buy groceries at Ralley’s. No matter what season would definitely stay there again."

If it's working vacation, our home office area with printer/fax and copier, great cell reception, along with the house phone, ensures communication if needed.
Along with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen for cooking ease, along with a JACCUZZI TUB in bathroom, makes for a comfortable, stress free vacation. As well as off street parking for guests.

Our daily rate is from $150- $175/nightly, $1,000 weekly and $3,000 a month. Cleaning/Security deposit. Cleaning service available(ensures deposit refund). We are a pet friendly vacation rental.
A little history
Mt.Ashland House was built in 1989, by our closet neighbor, Jim. He used recycled, untreated telephone poles, which he ground by hand to start the building process. He also built the counters and cabinets by hand.
Craig Dillen, the current owner, purchase the property in 2003, with the dream of turning it into the vacation rental it is today. Take a moment to enjoy the photos....
